Welcome to The Bicester School 

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to our exceptional school, where I am honoured to have taken up the role of Headteacher. To be leading such an excellent secondary school and thriving sixth form is both a privilege and a responsibility I embrace wholeheartedly.

At the heart of our community is our school motto: Aspire and Achieve. These simple yet powerful words reflect our belief that every student here has the potential to reach extraordinary heights. As part of the Activate Learning Education Trust (ALET), we are driven by a shared mission of transforming lives through learning and we do so through our unique learning philosophy: Brain, Emotion, Motivation. This approach ensures that our students don’t just learn, they flourish.
