KS4 FRENCH

At KS4, students follow the AQA GCSE specification in French. The course builds on the skills and knowledge they have gained in Key Stage 3. They continue to work on their phonological awareness of the language to develop their listening and speaking skills. Grammatical concepts are revisited from KS3 in order to consolidate the learning before moving on to more sophisticated constructs. Students will continue learning about the French-speaking world and will deepen their understanding of the cultures in those countries.
