Geography is an exciting and relevant subject that helps students understand the world around them, both locally and globally. At The Bicester School, our Geography curriculum equips students with the skills, knowledge, and critical awareness needed to become thoughtful global citizens.
KS4 topics by year
At KS4, students follow the WJEC Eduqas B GCSE Geography specification. The course encourages learners to become global citizens, able to recognise the challenges of sustainability and the importance of future resource planning. Students explore topics such as rivers, coasts, ecosystems, cities, climate change, and economic development through enquiry-based approaches and fieldwork.
